Privacy Policy

KOVA+ is built privacy-first. The app has no user accounts, your IPTV provider credentials are stored locally on your device, and we do not collect or track what you watch.

KOVA+ is a media player application for iOS. It does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. To use it, you connect an account you already hold with your own IPTV provider.

When you add an IPTV account, the server address, username and password you enter are stored locally on your device and used solely to communicate with your provider so the app can display and play your library. This information is not transmitted to us.

App preferences (such as onboarding completion and cache data) are also stored locally. You can remove all of it at any time by deleting your accounts in the app or uninstalling KOVA+.

The app communicates directly from your device to the server address you configure, in order to authenticate, list categories and streams, and play media. That traffic goes to your provider, not to us. Your provider's own privacy practices apply to that relationship.

Optional KOVA+ Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage entitlements; this involves an anonymous app identifier and purchase receipt data, not your name, email, or viewing activity. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple and never reach us.

We do not collect your viewing history, your provider credentials, your contacts, or your location. The app contains no advertising SDKs and does not sell data to anyone.

KOVA+ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted in the app where appropriate.
