Terms of Service

KOVA+ ("the app") is a media player application. The app does not provide, host, sell, resell, or distribute any media content, channels, or streams, and it is not affiliated with any IPTV provider. The app renders media libraries made available by a third-party provider with which you hold your own account.

You are solely responsible for the provider credentials you connect and for ensuring your use of that provider's service is lawful in your jurisdiction and complies with that provider's terms. KOVA+ has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, availability, quality, or legality of any third-party service you connect.

You agree not to use the app to access content you are not lawfully entitled to access.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Optional Premium subscriptions ($4.99/month or $29.99/year) are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt its operation, circumvent purchase entitlements, or use it in violation of applicable law.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that playback will be uninterrupted or error-free, since playback depends on your device, network, and third-party provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app or any third-party service accessed through it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time; deleting the app removes locally stored data.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
